Description

DUOBLADE F is auto sheet-fed digital die-cutter with working double blades. It cuts up to 1,000 sheets(200gsm) thanks to high capacity tray. The cutting accuracy is 0.5mm and it has special menu for fine control of cutting quality. You can cut from 10mm x 10mm to 340mm x 550mm size label and the maximum speed is 3,000mm/s. For example, when you cut Super A3 size label, it can cut from min.150 sheets to max. 600 sheets per hour. The biggest feature comparing with other digital sheet cutter is that it supports not only half-cut but also full-cut with amazing cutting speed. This is the reason why both label and fancy market prefer DUOBLADE F than others.

Description

DUOBLADE WX is the premium digital roll-to-roll multi-blade label finisher working with 4 cutting heads. If needs, it can be used as roll-to-sheet with built-in sheet cutter as an optional device. The fast cutting speed is one the advantages of DUOBLADE WX. When cutting 10cm x 10cm square, the cutting speed X is 9meters per minute. The biggest difference from other digital label finishers is automatic job changing. CCD camera reads the serial numbers and the cutting job and cutting head distance are automatically set according to the file number. In addition, how many cutting heads it uses is set depends on cutting line design automatically. For slitting, 4 ring blade slitters are installed as a default and it can be additionally installed up 15 blades.

DUOBLADE PETIT is a desktop digital label finisher. It is a narrow version of the DUOBLADE SX and consists of unwinding, rewinding, slitting station, laminating, die removal, cutting. It works with two cutting heads. Although compact in size, it boasts a fairly fast speed of 8m/min (10cm x 10cm square). One of its features is that it can work as an In-line VP700 and VP750 (Memjet) cutting machine. Any contour size can be made. Cutting, laminating, die, removal and cutting - all available in a compact design. Ideal for in-house label system.
